How soon will I hear back?
Within one business day. Phone enquiries are answered on +82 2-3293-0204, weekdays 9am to 6pm KST.
What should I include?
The materials or research problem your team is working on, and where you are currently stuck — that is enough to route you to the right person. Product enquiries, technical support, demo requests and press or partnership proposals all come through the same form.
Can I request a demo or a PoC?
Yes — a Materials Square demo, a D3Square PoC consultation, or a MAXFlops resource consultation. Telling us what data and goals you have lets us come to the meeting prepared.
Can we visit the office?
We are at Suite 1024, 49 Achasan-ro 17-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Visits are by appointment.
